Anyone point me to a Big block vs Small block poll thread?
First I searched for one and didn't come up with anything. Then I posted my own poll with options for Big block Ford, Small block Ford, Big block Chevy or Small block Chevy.
But apparently it's been done and my thread was closed. I'm really interested in the results of such a poll, so if anyone can provide a link to such a thread I would appreciate it. Thanks |

AL427SBF has you beat. But I do think your choice of forum made a bit more sense. |
Agree, my polls were botched from the git-go, I would have liked to have seen the results of the buddyg poll, too bad it was closed.

Not enough responses to get a true idea.

I've been around Cobras for 15 years so I'm going to guess it is 50 -50

However, Id suggest that poll is skewed. While SPF advise that any engine will fit, they themselves suggest using a SBF for their cars is best. ;) Running the same poll on ERAs would probably net a skewed split the other way. As ERA suggest FEs for their cars are best. ;) Just sayin' |
Hmmmm

buddyg...now that folks seem to be calmed down a bit after I shut down the multiple threads on comparisons...big vs small, Chevy vs Ford...go ahead an start a new poll, but don't include the Chevy and Ford choices...just big vs small.
If it gets out of control, I'll just shut it down. Closing this thread. |
Never gave it much thought and why I'm quite sure even with poll results they would not be very accurate. Have to say for me to truly experience a Cobra it has to be the 427 with a big block between the frame rails.
