BB vs. SB POLL: If cost was NOT an issue.
Read the poll question carefully.
IF price/cost was NOT an issue which would you prefer in a 427 style body Cobra replica.

If price weren't an issue at all it would be a high dollar small block, maybe something like a nascar cup engine. I think they were about the same or slightly more than what a built aluminum 427 SOHC goes for (the cup engines were right around $50k last time I looked at them, I think you can get the aluminum sohc for around $40k?).

Yep, nascar cup motor if cost not a consideration.

I'd keep what I have: twin-turbo Dart block SBF. Great driveability and as much power as you want at the twist of a dial.
If I was forced to go normally aspirated, Id try to squeeze in a Jon Kaase Boss Nine.
