Sharing some Cobra love
So we had my daughters graduation party last Thursday and a few of her guy friends made it into my garage to look at the Cobra. These are 18 year old kids and they were just in awe of the Cobra. They asked me if I could start it and of course I obliged. Very cool to see they were car guys!
I didn't have time to take each one of them for a drive in the Cobra so I took the 3 of them for a ride in my 750 hp CTS-V. Needless to say they had a fun night!

I think it is awesome when we take time out to teach the next generation to appreciate these cars.:rolleyes: and im sure it made your daughter very happy to.

Yeah she was begging me to come show her friends and I didn't really want to and then I thought about when I was a teenage boy and how cool it would be if my friends Dad did what I did.
Just glad to see they had interest in cars as so many in the younger generation don't care.

You have good taste in cars! A pcar would fill the gap nicely though.

Your right there a gear heads in all generations. When my son was in school 26 yrs ago we had an 69 SS Chevelle with 454 4 speed. Took it to a gathering of near 75 high schoolers after being begged to do so. Did a couple long smoky burnouts for them.
A lot of those kids became some of our best friends just like family.

A friend of mine came by Sunday an asked me if I would come by his house an give his wifes Daddy a ride in my Cobra as it was his dream car of his. So I gave him a ride an showed him the power little bit an then I gave his daughter a ride too. They took a bunch of pictures. Am glad I got to make his dream come true. I love showing it off
