Selecting Shock Springs: Rate / inch

The scale says: Front total 1146 lb
Rear total 1107 lb (1170 lb inkl. aprox. 10 gal fuell / 63 lb)

Confort is not priorety. Back- and Mountain roads.

Great to see you are working on and improving the NAF!

Ride Height - I would adjust it to where you think it looks good, but that assumes that your suspension curves are resulting in little to no change in caster/camber/toe through out the range of travel. Hopefully, someone with some knowledge of NAF suspension geometry can guide you.

Shocks/Spring Selection: I would contact a company like Spax or QA1 and speak with their technical people if you are looking for specific ride/performance characteristics.

The biggest issue with a large part of the cars that utilize Mustang II suspension is the negative wheel offsets utilized on our cars, adding to it the knock off adapters combined throw the scrub radius out the window, then everything else is a band aid.
