Cobra goes into hibernation :(
Well I cleaned her up and put the cover on, it's going to be a long Winter!
I've had a ton of fun racking up 2100 miles this Summer going to car shows, cruises and finding new dive bars. So happy my wife enjoys riding in her.
I've got some new upgrades going on over the Winter so she will drive even better next Spring.

After 7 years I finally put the top on. I drove it today, it takes the nip out if the drive, still cold though. I'll put her away when the salt comes out.
BTW I went over a very very low speed bump today. I hit the tranny! Do not go over any speed bumps or try to straddle anything!

It had warmed up to 27 deg yesterday when a couple of crazy guys in a Cobra pulled in to my place after a 2 hour drive. No salt yet ;-)

It's even miserable here in central Arkansas already. We should be having comfortable weather up until around Christmas. I put the top on but with unusual cold, drizzle, sleet, bridges all ready sanded, etc, it hasn't moved in about 3 weeks now. If things aren't looking up by Thanksgiving I may just throw the cover on it and forget it until spring.:(

I drove in the veterans day parade on the 8th and it wasn't to bad, but since then, you are right too cold and nasty to get out. We got a dusting of snow overnight.

I'm sure for others this is the busy time of year. Had to put up the Cobra; Harley; hot-rod; misc mowers and lawn crap; and boat. Ought to invest in Sta-bil by the drum. Wish everything used the same weight oil!
