What is it worth ?
CSX 8000 series glass body small block Cobra
Beautiful car but I can't find out anything about their value A little help would be appreciated Thanks |
Worth what one will pay.
At a minimum it would draw the comparable amount to a 4000 or 6000 car. Remember a nicely done 289 will cost the same if not more than a 427 car. Parts are less available thus supply and demand. All about the details. |

Nothing in this May 2012 Hemmings article about CSX8000 cars, but there is a decent table of values for others. 1962-1967 Shelby Cobra | Hemmings Motor News

I found this as a starting point
The limited edition street Cobras will all be painted “Shelby black” with a rich wine colored leather interior, special 50th Anniversary badges, wire wheels, Wilton Wool carpeting, modern brake discs and a stronger frame. MSRP for the 50th Anniversary Shelby Cobra starts at $69,995 for a fiberglass or $134,995 for an aluminum bodied car, without drive train. Information about the car can be found at http://shelbyamerican.com/50th.asp. |
