Who is still making fiberglass glass cobra bodies to be mounted on a c-3 corvette? :JEKYLHYDE the title was supposed to say noob.

He's right. I saw one a few years back. Because of the body construction of the corvette, not all of the body panels were replaced. IIRC, it used the corvette doors.
It was fugly. The proportions were all wrong, and the lines were wrong. It wasn't a corvette made to look like a cobra. It was a cross between the two, and didn't really look like either one.

Any chance the OP is referring to the C4 suspension? Like the Everett Morrison. Mine is all C4 suspension, front and rear. I also had an Elegant Motors with C4 in the rear, Mustang II in the front.
Just a thought for clarification.

Jeff Classic used to make bodies that fit on Corvette frames/suspension. Don't know if he still does.
He is vettestr here on CC. Might wan't to pm him.

Mike, The C4 Corvette rear suspension mounts to structures within it's body unlike the C3 or third generation cars. The 1968 through and including 1982 C3 had a full length frame making a body change straight forward. On the other hand adapting or rear half mod on the C4 just never worked out well.
