NEW BUILD Engine and Transmission and Car MFG.

Happy New Year! OK, I know everyone has opinions and their own .02. That is why I am posting here... Looking for positive feedback for my next build. First off I have an automatic Cobra that produces over 500hp and is carbed. I am looking to assemble my next one now. I am lookig for suggestions on MFG.... Backdraft, Factory 5, Super Performance etc... but not limited to these... I am looking to build a modular car this time. ENGINES What would be the best engine choice from FORD RACING of the following? or am I over looking one? suggestions? FMS-M-6007-M50 FMS-M-6007-A50NA FMS-M-6007-35T FMS-M-6007-M50B FMS-M-6007-M50BR FMS-M-6007-A50XS TRANSMISSIONS T-5 T-56 TR 6060 MY REAR END will likely be one of the following 3.31, 3.45, 3.55 Which one? why? 2.97 or 2.66 1st gear?
