$90K Mid-States Cobra replica on ebay?

Why the big price tag? What's the market value for just the engine?

Well it is a Midstates. ;)

Hope he get's his price.

RodKnock 01-31-2015 11:54 AM

It says it right there in the ad. THE BEST IN THE WORLD. Clearly the seller isn't of our world. **)

patrickt 01-31-2015 12:26 PM

Well I have never seen, nor heard, of a "gold tag."

twin turbo 01-31-2015 12:38 PM

Why the big price tag? Because it's a car dealership using hyperbole and BS. It's a nice looking car though.

strictlypersonl 01-31-2015 05:09 PM

Wrong dash. Wrong wheels. Solid axle. 4-speed. Only a 428FE. I hope the 3" chassis tube diameter is a misprint.

On the other hand... "There's an *ss for every seat."

jayscobras 01-31-2015 05:52 PM

Wrong on many levels

Dealer offering. Not at every Run and Gun. Sounds like another gold chain salesman who only did one Google hit. I hope there is no ass for that seat at anywhere near that price.

You are buying three bottles of DeBeste's "Shelby" wine for $89,900.00 and getting a FREE car!!!!

NYG...if you really couldn't figure out for yourself what kind of stupidity resulted in that ad after being around here for a few months and having access to the experience and resources on this site, then I'm really thinking more and more that our hospitality for someone that truly is not part of our interest group and keeps posting stuff like this every few days and then abandons the threads is coming to an end.

...just saying.

Great idea!

Doesn't every court need a jester or every village need an idiot?

...and possibly.

But like moss on the idle rock, He's kind of growing on me...:o

...and I prefer him to the other jester who's poorly auditioning, but in his tiny mind delusionally believes he can fill jamo's shoes as moderator, Brent's role as the mechanical engineering genius, and Patrick's role as the resident interrogator...

Errr, What was his name again... "little" something or rather... Meh... I've already forgotten it. My bad! Never mind.

Midstates for 90k? No wonder Hi-Tech built SPF branded cobra owners are asking for $80k%/

Just summizin' :p

g8rnbft 02-01-2015 06:28 AM

The seller doesn't know the difference between "coupe" and "roadster"??

Paul F 02-01-2015 09:13 AM

Now c'mon. New York Guy is not a troll and he is not a court jester. Be nice.

I found a Facebook page for a New York Guy. Here's a picture with a Nissan Datsun. Remeber the old Datsun's? Great cars. I wonder if this is him?

Reminds me of the old trick of leaving a paper bag on someone's front porch, light it on fire, ring the doorbell and run. Seems he keeps leaving the poop bag for everyone else to step on to put the fire out.

Better watch it Paul. he will tell you that you married your cousin! If you read his posts he makes fun of our cars and our hobbies in about every post! He is an a$$hole and I wouldn't put up with his garbage! This is a great site and I have met a lot of nice guys on here. I'm done complaining!

That's a Datsun? It is kind of hard to tell, but when I first saw it I thought it was a Shelby Dodge GLH with the optional faux wood paneling decals.
