My SPF doesn't start, need help

Hello friends,

Today I am home alone and I jumped into my car to ride and enjoy the sunny Saturday. I hit the ignition and the car won't start, so I did some test.

My engine is a Roush 427, 8 stack system. So far these are the results:

1. I check the battery, is Ok
2. I spray injector cleaner to the 8 stack and the car started and run for 3 sec. So there is electricity/spark
2. I disconected the fuel pump hose that goes to the injectors and is pumping gas when I turn the key on.

I think the injectors are not spraying gas, do anyone know if there is a fuse or relay for the injectors? Any other suggestion or test that I need to do? Thanks for the help!

Either your injection controller isn't getting power, there's no ground to it, or it has failed. There are several different injection systems, so you should contact Roush for help. Otherwise, we're just speculating.

I had a similar problem ... I had an expert help hook up my "system" to my computer... Turns out it was a bad ignition control module.. I have 8 stack TWM with an accel GEn 7 computer.. Feel free to PM if you want to chat more

Thanks guys¡ I think is the fuel injector controller, attached a picture of the PCM or ECU, The injectors cables go directly to that box, not fuse or relay found. I will call Roush to see what are my options. Thanks

You can buy test nodes that plug into the injector plug to check for signal. Do not use a ordinary globe probe tester on any computer equipment. Use a led test probe.

Hello guys, thanks for the reply. I think is the ECM. I got this message from Roush
Quote:

If you can access one of the injector connectors, please make the following check if you have not already done so: with the ignition key in the run position, use a test light and check both pins of the injector connector. One should be a constant 12 volts and the other should show no voltage. The 12 volts is a reference signal from the computer. If both pins do not have power, we probably need to service the ECM.
Just did and no power. So today is not a lucky day for me. :-(

I will have to send the ECM and wait for the bill. Mercy Roush, Thanks
