Need help in dentifying this Cobra Builder
5 Attachment(s)
I ran into this gentleman who purchased this cobra with not too much info. I looked all around this car to try and find anything that will identify it, or who built it. Nothing but one data plate. It has a 350 chevy motor with Saginaw 4 spd, and a 9" rear. I told the guy that I can identify it, but honestly, its been over a month and still no joy. Can anyone help me to help this Gent out? Thank you.

First thing that jumps out at me is the MG windshield and how the cowl curves up to meet the bottom w/s rail. Otherwise I have no clue.

Frame/chassis-photos/information would be as helpful as body shots
