The Complaint is dated May 18, 2015, and indicates Carroll Shelby Wheel Company ("CSW") is suing Carroll Shelby Trust, Carroll Shelby Licensing, Neil Cummings, Joe Conway and 25 unnamed others over patent infringement over 4 wheel designs. There are a number of allegations but, simply put, CSW claims ownership over patents and that the defendants conspired to have those wheel designs produced by others to the detriment of CSW.
It appears to me the four designs are the sunburst wheels, a Panaracer / Minilite type design, and a couple which were most likely from the GT350/GT500 cars. You can see the four wheel designs at: |

The name Shelby has never been very far from some sort of law suit, on either side. LAWyers must love it.
