On a side note, around 1.1 G's acceleration is the max limit my tires will hold on the street with drag radials. That's impressive you can hold down 1.2 G's. Cheers.

We are running BFG Rival S tires which are supposed to be 200 TW but the durometer is close to Hoosier A6's. They are just under 13" on the ground and have excellent forward bite. The don't launch well but from 30 mph up they have great traction on concrete. We usually get between 1.0 and 1.1 on asphalt depending on surface composition. We used to blow the tires off between 90 and 100 but you can actually get to the floor with these tires. You might want to try some because they corner and stop well too. I would think your car could run the same time as the drag radials if the launch was ok with your set up

Our objective when we started this deal 2 years ago was to get Miata handling with Cobra acceleration, we are almost there.
