This is the latest scam and people are falling for it. The pop ups are just pictures and aren't on your computer, so don't call the number.

I'm stunned. Here I thought morning talk show hosts were chosen for their intellectual brilliance, and it turns out they are just people who can look good and read the teleprompter.
