First Autocross

Did an SCCA autocross yesterday. Man, what a blast. Here is a link to my final run.

Nice job, no cones taken out. Now, just slowly work up the speed a little more into the corners and more aggressive braking into the beginning of the corners. Keep having fun!

Nice Job - I also did my first this year. Too hard on my body - severe arthritis, bad back, neck, knees, etc. Will not be able to do it again.

Looked and sounded great. With the notable exception of CSX3170, Cobra's are not ideally suited for something as tight as an autocross course. But it sure is fun just the same. ... And I see I was not the only one who found it hard to resist sticking his foot in at as it approaced the finish line.

Limiting factor was the severe short between the steering wheel and the seat.

6.1 second improvement from 1st run the 6th. A lot of work to do. My wife said that she could see this costing us a lot of money. I'm starting a 1950 F1 build and I think I am going to build a race truck out of it. haha.
