All the scenic roads are nice, but I can't believe no one else chose what I would choose:
Every road course in the US !!!!!!!!!!!

The are two Washington States....as is the case in many States.... not only does Eastern Washington have great roads with very lite traffic, it also has very nice sunny weather from March till Nov.

I will agree that the PCH north of SF is great... but the weather is iffy compared to south of SF....but on a nice day the traffic is not as heavy.
