Gas gauge problems
Got a problem with the gas gauge. When I filled up, the gauge went to full. After driving for a while it was barely off F but when I put gas in, it took 8 gal. Any ideas? Also, a few times when I turn the key before I start it, I hear bubbling noise in the tank, lasts for about 3 seconds.

You don't say what kind of car. The gauge on my Shelby CSX did the same thing. Not only that, when it started going down it dropped like a rock. They explained that the type of sensor they used and the position was a compromise. My recollection though that it dropped from full to 1/2 quickly, but the 1/2 and below reading was reasonably close to reality.
