Goodyear Billboard Tires
I replaced my Billboard tires with Avons two weeks ago. These were on my CSX continuation car in my gallery pictures. The tires I took off are about eight years old and they have most of the tread left. They were better than I thought once I got them off and inspected them. Rather than stick them in a closet, I'd be glad to give them to anyone that would like them. They're big once you get them off the car and store them. I'm located in Austin, TX and anyone that wants to pick them up can have them for free.

Great offer. Wish I lived closer to Austin, but 4 hours each way plus then I
would need to store them. At the rate I am driving, I wouldn't need them for awhile so better for someone who can use them now. |
What size are they? Will they fit 8" front and 10" rear? Thanks

How do you like the Avons compared to the Billboards?

I'm sorry for the late reply, I've been traveling. I've driven the car a few times with the Avons and like them. I was going to drive the car on a 30 mile round trip to Cars & Coffee yesterday, but the Austin weather was wet and cold. As I put more miles on the car, I'll report back. The one time I got on the car with the Avons, the tires still broke loose, guess that's to be expected with a 510 inch motor and 600 horsepower. The look is quite different, it mellows the WOW factor, but that's ok.
