Thanks guys, this will be my next step if issue persists. Question; open style or four barrel style? The carb is four barrel but either style would work?

The 4150 model number applies to numerous carburetors, with many internal differences. What 'list number' is on the front of the choke horn? ( https://www.holley.com/blog/post/how...on_carburetor/ ) You can use the 'list number' and find the carb number by going to http://documents.holley.com/techlibr...al_listing.pdf

Here's a good article on spacers which gets into the discussion of 4-hole vs. open, as well as some of the other designs (e.g. hybrid). You will, of course, be using a lower height spacer than some of those they're talking about. Carburetor Spacers - Open And Four-Hole Spacers - Hot Rod Network

Take off the air cleaner and look at the front of the choke horn.
