FALL/WINTER Driving Glove recommendation

Last Fall and Winter I froze my hands off. I tried using regular Winter gloves but they were way to slippery so I just sucked it up but this year I am not going through that pain again. On my motorcycle rides I use a pair of Alpinestar leather gloves with winter inserts but they are white and blue with the hard plastic knuckles so they would look pretty douchey, if they were black they would be fine but I also dont want to spend that kind of money either. Anyone have a resonable priced set of gloves they can recommend. Thanks

I picked up a pair of crochet back driving gloves--a little warmer than nothing, but not exactly winter gloves. For motorcycling I've got a pair of Thinsulate gauntlet-style gloves that are decent, but I haven't tried driving with them (they are a little on the thick side--ok for motorcycling, but may not be great for driving--but are pretty warm). They do not have racey plastic parts--just plain black leather. Check out a motorcycle shop and see what they've got. You could always go electric if you've got a lighter outlet.
