Hi All,

I'm happy to have found this site! So far, reading through some past posts, I'm sure I will learn a lot.
I purchased a Backdraft Cobra project 2 months ago. The build began around 2008 and is probably 95% complete. I have a few things to tidy up in the interior, some cleaning and polishing to do, but nothing major.
I have absolute faith in the mechanic, who is also a friend, in the build of this car. Everything that he saw that he did not like that came from BD, he has swapped out for better. The motor is a 351-427 with all Roush internals, heads, and Ingelese fuel injection. Tremec TKO600 trans and BMW M3 rear end. The previous owner was not happy with some of the body fits and paint and had all that tweaked and re-painted.
Looking forward to posting some pics later here and seek advice!

Congratulations and welcome to the site. You can find plenty of help here and on other sites. You will really have fun once you are driving the Cobra.
