Florida Registration...

Currently have my FFR Mark IV registered in Pennsylvania since completion in 2012. Considering a move to Florida and am wondering about how difficult it would be to register the car there and pass any required inspections. It has wipers, back up light, third brake light.

No inspections that I'm aware of other than completion of the VIN Checklist form, proof of insurance, ID & title. VIN Checklist is available online and must be completed by a notary or law enforcement officer documenting the VIN and odometer reading.

I moved from Illinois to Florida approximately 4 years ago. The Florida (Kissimmee) DMV required I bring my current Illinois registration, my driver's license, proof of insurance, and title (if available). They also wanted to see the car in person (to validate ID and serial numbers). A very quick and painfree experience, other than the cost of switching to Florida plates and registration.
