Congrats on your Christmas present. She is beautiful. 40 deg. F ain't so cold, is it? I brought my Cobra home from Florida late last month, and have only seen a few 40 Degree + days since then. But if you dress right, it's not so bad!

Enjoy her. Looking forward to a mild winter and early spring here too, in SW Ohio.

Cheers,
Bill

(I live 50 miles North of Harrisburg)

Thanks RB60,

What town are you in? Do you belong to a Cobra Club? Any good car shows up your way?

Very nice looking job. You will have untold hours of happiness in it. BTW +1 on what Karl said^ about the car wanting to kill you. It is tough to get acclimated to these monsters in the summer on good roads. Winter anywhere, let alone in PA, is even more challenging. Be extra cautious in the cold but enjoy.

BTW with all the electric, auto driving vehicles on the near term horizon that Cobra will be a stunning part of a legacy to leave to your boy. By the time he is 30, the reputation of these cars will have become that of even greater legend than today — and he will have a stellar example of one!

Congratulations on a great looking car. As many have commented, be extra careful driving your car. They are a handful, especially in cold weather on cold tires. Also, I think most will agree that these cars are never really finished. There is always something to work on, improve or add to these beasts.

Drop dead stunning work

Love the solid color and detail...very very nicely done! And a proper 427FE to boot!

Get used to the attention people love these cars...a $200k RUF Porsche looks well like another Porsche, but a cobra, well it's a barbarian on the loose.

Congratulations...miles of smiles

So you're the reason Pennsylvania has gotten so much snow this year. You may have slowed global warming - not that man has anything to do with the cause.

Beautiful job! Congrats. I especially love the color, and the fact that you'll be enjoying it with your son is icing on the cake. So cool!

tires

where did you get the tires and how much were they....wow look great

huskersnake 01-04-2018 08:27 PM

Tires

Your car looks great. I agree wit allsnakes. The tires look great with your car. Is that Treadwear brand lettering? If you used Treadweare, what letter height did you use?
Again, your car looks great.
Russ
