As close as possible to CSX2128? 2128 never had side vents. Kidney bean wheels? Well, I drive the same ones and that are American Racing Salt Flat wheels, converted to use knock offs. They were the only chance a few years ago, before some companies produced Kidney bean wheels again. Some pics from 2012 Silverstone.

Looks like this car has two complete exhaust systems...?

Keen eye! I can see 2 mufflers connected to one outlet. Would it be possible the externally visible one is only for show and disconnected for street use, with the inner mufflers connected. For track use the inner mufflers would be disconnected and removed. It would be interesting to see under-car photos and how they're connected at the front.

I have found a couple more. It seems that the front connections is like the rear one. Don't know if any exhaust will flow through the outer piepes at all

Perhaps he has a plug he can put in the side pipe for places where sound is an issue.

That would be my take. Remove 2 bolts from the tube on each end connecting the side pipe, remove a plug at the entry end of the side pipe and voila, open (or much less muffled) exhaust.
One of these on each side would make that process much simpler...

Probably one on the open exhaust side would do the trick.

modern sportscars with „sports“ exhaust system are equipped with exactly that feature ...

Reminds me of the old Lake pipes from custom cars of the fifties. Often there was a plug which could be removed to allow the muff to be bypassed.

this special exhaust is still in use even in the actual setup for historic racing, but it seems to be the optimal solution matching the noise restrictions while having the original appearance

Actually, supposed to be raising my hand. Guess it didn't come across correctly, but, Yes, I have undercar exhaust.
