Look at "Larry Megibow" and the "Glass Car Company" for real skills at boning people. A lot of Cobras went through Larry including a Daytona coupe. Just because you paid him for your did not entitle you to a free and clear title nor the prior owner being paid off. A lot of people were looking for Larry when he either died or ended up in witness protection depending on which story you subscribe to.

The title to the thread is a bit misleading. It sounds like a top Porsche executive did this. In reality it is more of a car salesman who did it right?

Last time I checked this was a Cobra forum. And this area of the Cobra forum is called “All Cobra Talk.”

If you want to comment on this news, here’s the appropriate Porsche enthusiast forum and lo and behold there’s an actual thread on the subject and they’re on page 93:

I guess I don't understand...who would buy a Porsche when one could buy a quality Cobra replica?

Because your cojones aren't big enough to drive a real car?

Jeez, Roddo. Just a little tribalism at its best. Loosen up!

BTW, did you see that ERA for sale with a SOHC?
It's as if you and Pat dreampt a love child.
How you been? I miss the old daze.

Someone has to have a picture of the cars in the moving van.

Well Bill, you were in Jersey in those days, perhaps "Da Bunnies" have evidence?

I'm great! Thank you very much for asking.

There's a general discussion area for poorly worded posts like the OP's. It's not a Porsche VP, it's an employee of a Porsche dealer.

I'll take a look at the SOHC ERA, I haven't seen it yet. Does sound interesting, but almost anything with a SOHC sounds interesting to me.

You were never very funny, but your humor has definitely taken a turn and deteriorated. :p
