RIP Michael Holmes - Racing Division Los Angeles
Hi all
I’m most likely not the correct person to post this on this forum (as I did never meet Michael in person), but I have a deep wish to do this as most of us should know Michael by his involvement in the Shelby community: - Designer of the book “Speed Merchants of Venice” - Owner of Racing Division INC Los Angeles Michael Holmes unexpectedly passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018. His family and friends are stunned and devastated by this loss. His family, with whom he shared so many adventures had planned to have many, many more years with Michael. He is succeeded by his wife Tomoko, their 11-year old daughter Mimi, and 6-year old son Kentaro. Michael loved his family and friends, was well known in the Shelby Mustang world, and shared a passion for karate with friends at the Tenshin-Kai dojo. Sorry to hear this. I purchased a couple of his RDLA t-shirts from him a couple years back and spoke with him on the phone when ordering...he was very knowledgeable about the world of Shelby American...a true enthusiast. He also followed up with a call to me making sure that I had received the items shipped. My condolences to his family and friends.
