This is the last 289 sold to the public and it looks to be in really good shape.It will be at the Mechum Auction in January.

It's a good car. And if you read the catalog description carefully, you'll note that it's part of "The Mecum Collection." So the auction company owns it, and it's unlikely anyone will get it for less than their $1.2 mm reserve. It has been bid to $1 mm at prior events and failed to sell.

Ned, is it a 4spd since birth? it chassis number is right within the other auto trans cars.
