Track Nite in America
Has anyone here done one of these ? There's one scheduled for the 25th near Gainesville that I was thinking of doing, but not sure if I can run the Cobra.(It's mainly for street vehicles, they have an "approved " list of vehicles that doesn't Include cobras, so that stops the online registration dead in it's tracks. Due to the Easter weekend, I haven't been able to contact anyone at the track or SCCA.
Wondering if someone here may have run one, and what did you think of it ?

Your car will be fine. I have read and seen videos of cobras participating.

At the Milwaukee region SCCA we were doing this for a few years at the Milwaukee Mile before the SCCA started coining it as "Track Nite in America." I'm not as involved with it these last couple of years but when I was we had at least one Cobra run (I think it was an Excalibur or something like that).
When I get my FIA car put together I plan on attending every Milwaukee Mile track night event that my tires can handle. Everyone on the committee was well aware of my Cobra aspirations and highly encouraged them, and last I knew were looking forward to seeing me at the events. It's great fun and I highly recommend it.
