Door latch pull strap
I got interested in the leather 427 Cobra door latch pull straps. I ordered the straps from Cobra Performance Inc. The straps were shorter than I expected. I get the loop fits over the door latch release lever post, then I see a picture of an other car with a light brown leather interior. That strap is much longer. Where does the other end of the strap anchor to?
Also I bought a pair of the door hinge limit straps,. no holes or directions. any body handled these tasks?

That is virtually the strap I bought, With loop at one end the straps are 10" long each. Thank you that picture That answers some more questions.
What about the leather door hinge limit strap?

Got my door latch straps from Cobra Restorers for my ERA 427 Street model. Tried a pair from ERA first and they were too short when anchored to the door in the correct location.
