Seat lombar support suggestions

Is there a good lumbar support you guys use.
I am a small person but my seat is not comfy for long ride, it's missing support in the lumbar section, any suggestions, thanks.

A simple round 18 inch long pillow works well for me.

Get an office chair lumbar support cushion ~$15-20. Use an electric carving knife (what trim shops use) to cut the foam to fit. Slip up into seat back and secure with tape, you do not have to disassemble the seat, just open the bottom of the seat back. Place in car and test support. Once you know where you like it, mask the leather and use contact spray glue to secure permanently.
Enjoy,
Mark

The seats are about the simplest construction you can find. Pull one out and take it to an upholstery shop. Or buy a spare.
