Fire system for sale
Greetings everyone,
Changing my fire system on the race car and am selling the prior system for less than half price. Never used ESS fire systems 2.5 liter bottle. It is an AFFF system (foam). The system is three years old. There is no full gauge as on some systems, it goes by weight. According to the bottle, the full weight is 7 lbs 2 ozs. The weight is currently 7.45 lbs. You will need a tubing cutter and flaring tool if tubing lengths are altered. Given that it is thin gauge aluminum, pretty easy to do. If you require additional aluminum tubing it is available online from ESS distributors for $15. Sure Patrick. Come on up here, sit in your car, I will point a nozzle in your your direction and we can see if it works :rolleyes: They do sell refill kits so we could order a couple of them and see how well they work as well....:cool:
Not only will it put a fire out, but the foam should work as an insulator to keep you warm on the ride back home. |
