cobra frame measurement please
 
HI, COULD SOME ONE MEASURE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE 4" ROUND TUBE FRAME RAILS ON A MARK 4 f5 COBRA. I want to see if an AOD will fit.

Close as I can tell they are 24" on centers, 20" open between and 4" tube diameter.

Well I'm planning a kit for next summer
 
I'm bored with this no travel situation so I have been planning Mark 4 roadster for next year:MECOOL:

so far I have collected some parts;
302 shortblock with new comp cam
8.8 rebuilt diff with new 4.10 gears and Eaton posi
gas tank
front lower sn95 control arms, hubs, spindles, new bushings
new 15:1 chrome manual rack
Baer 13" front brake kit
F500 18 x 8 black spoke wheels with G force radials
