any JBLs for sale
Always liked how these were built, and would love to have one if possible.

Do you mean JCF out of Coos Bay Ore.?? I have some KILLER vintage JBL speakers from the 70's L100's that's louder than our Cobras ;)
LOL, Indeed the latter option, the JBL you can actually sit in and drive. :)
First I have heard of these cars. I would say loaded with bada$$ery !
they didn't build many from what i can tell. I like the frame/suspension interpretation compared to "sitting on" feeling in a lot of the other interpretations (e.g. superformance)

I would second your thought about the "sitting on" feeling. My ERA changed my perception and feels much more like being a part of the car. If you struggle to find a JBL and aren't looking for an all-out track car, you want to find a local ERA to sit in (if you haven't already). Best of luck in your search! |
LOL, you learn something new every day. I thought I knew most of the one off's, NOPE ;) Look's to be more of a modern-day version (80's-90"s), of what might have been, if our cars had continued to evolve. Really neat car, by any standards. Thanks' for enlightening me. Cheers Tom. P.S. My Sansui G-9000 (160Watts per channel, receiver) with my JBL L-100's will put out 105db's at only 15watts (Just idling) Also Pure Music and still louder than our Cobras :LOL::LOL:
