Does anyone know anything about Exact 427SC?
I bought my Cobra last year. I’ve always thought it was a Contemporary Classics car but I’ve some CCX owners tell me it isn’t. I’ve recently seen a photo of an Exact 427SC (I’ve never even heard of this company before) and the dash and interior of that car were exactly like mine. So know I’m curious what car I actually have. Does anyone have any information on this company and/or it’s cars?
Thanks,
Pat

Exact Cobras were built in Austin, Texas by Roger Bolick. They are perfect replicas with carbon fiber bodies. Here is a link to one that is for sale. https://www.facebook.com/groups/138549311780682 I used to have his contact info. PM e and I will give you what I have.

Exact Cobras were all the rage about a decade and half ago (=/-). I thought about ordering one myself back in the day.

Easy to tell the difference as Exacts used an original style frame. CCX cars use their own design frame that’s not like originals.

Bolick cars are fine examples, like the CF bodies.
Post pictures of yours, guessing you'll know in a heartbeat's time what it is.

Easiest way is to see if the body is Carbon Fiber. It will not be thick like Fiberglass but roughly the same thickness as an aluminum car.
Frame in Engine compartment would be stamped beginning "ESX" then the production number.

What Austin_Snake posted above^^^
The Exact replicas have a beautifully executed body shape and stance - far closer to the originals than all but the very early CCX replicas. Post a few pics showing the body and if possible some chassis and suspension shots. There'll be no difficulty spotting the differences.
