Getting a value on my 40th anniversary

I'm going to sell my csx4286 number 6 all aluminum body car. It is one of 4 with a supercharger. Trying to come up with a price for it. Thanks for the help.

Not sure the "40th Anniversary" is going to add much to the value, but figure other aluminum body continuation cars are currently marketed and some actually being sold in the 250-300K range. CSX 4286 follows with being supercharged, will appeal to those "A" type personalities. Your best bet is to list it on BAT (Bring-A-Trailer), make sure the car is fully sorted, detailed inside and out, and be as engaging (positive only without drinking the Kool Aid) as possible and responding to any and all questions asked, no matter how you feel about them (leave your emotions at the door).

Good luck with your sale.

I second Bring A Trailer - they seem to be drawing pretty good prices on high end cars lately. But only as a second choice. I'd try Cobra Country first. And like Bill said, get it clean as possible - including the undercarriage - and take pictures according to his instructions (including upside down flash etc).

I'll also add that the Shelby "special editions" don't add much if anything. They really hyped these to basically produce a small number of very similar cars (costs less in volume).

Would this car be a Kirkham or one built in-house??? (If Kirkham, gen 1 where K built to Shelby Specs or gen 2 where it's just a K off the line with CSX badging).

I third BAT, the SC might actually be a limiter as it is a non-traditional set up.
I think Bill nailed it
250-300k
