The dash is covered in vinyl from factory 5. Extra oil and vacuum gauges installed. Speedo and fuel gauges over where co-pilot can keep track, used in rally.

Perry I stole the QuadShock idea from the F5 guys and I can see yours in the photo.
What Q-Shock brand is that? Do you have a part number? I kinda like the look better than the KYBs I’m using.
I’ve been looking at the Gen 3 Type 65 and you were asking about an AOD fitting one.
What changed your mind?

HighPlainsDrifter 08-30-2022 10:50 AM

shock

Hi,
I used factory quad shocks for a 1990 GT and new kyb vertical shocks.
I had more fun with my 1st cobra 25 years ago so went with the roadster, reliving my younger days:LOL:
I had to cut and fit a couple things to get the AOD to fit in the mark 4 chassis.
Moved the steering bearing down to clear the power brake booster.

What's in the middle of your dashboard in the photo? A handle? Or dash support?

HighPlainsDrifter 09-19-2022 11:05 AM

Handle

Hi,
I have a (hang on and shut up) grab handle on the right side of dash for passenger:D
2 L brackets for support and doubles as dash support also.
