Two things that trigger mrmustang - revival of an old thread regardless of the reason and ANYTHING posted by Historybuff, regardless of its merit or level of interest to members of this forum. I actually resisted posting a 3..2..1 countdown to snarky response from Bill as soon as I saw the post! :LOL::LOL:
I for one do not frequent the SAAC forum and I'm intrigued by the rebodied Cobra one-offs so I'm appreciative of the post. Keep the info coming - and post some pics if you can. One of the Italian-bodied variants (can't think of which one though) is really beautiful and may have represented a possible evolution of the Cobra into a more modern, true GT car. Bill, less personal, its not an attack. As we all know SAAC has their position to which I agree and its funny as this has been discussed so many times over the years. Is this even the original CSX3063 Chassis, the world may never know. Is this the actual Ghia chassis, the world may never know. Is this a front and rear of wrecked cars, the world may never know. Is this a very cool McCluskey Cobra = YES! Would I love to own the car, for sure! |
