Finishline Feedback
I would like to here from people who have purchased from Finishline within the last 6 months to a year. How was the experience? Are you happy with their service or not. I know this has been discussed before but I’m located in Australia and I know people have had issues with them before. They do have a few parts I would like to purchase but I don’t want to get stung either.

Their problems are ongoing and reportedly unresolved. There are unending excuses and explanations but no fixes. If you are prudent, you will purchase elsewhere.
Vintage Wheels produces excellent wheel offerings and is a long-time supporter of the CC site. They have a Cobra Parts (<=clickable) section on their site that might have what you are looking for. I would start there, and if they do not have what you need, then begin to search out some of the other traditional Cobra parts sites.
Finishline under Enzo and Finishline today are two very different firms.

I hate to say it but if you're in Australia I would avoid this place like the plague. If you choose to order they are likely to charge your card right away because they are using your charge to float last month's purchases. DEMAND they not charge your card until your item ships. Then when you see the charge if you don't have a shipping confirmation number within a day or so start a clock. If you don't get a shipping number or your goods within a reasonable period then start the dispute process with your card company. This process is probably much more difficult with you being Australia.

Problems myself in the past with finish line . Absolutely no problems with vintage wheels , very satisfied.two thumbs as well for csx parts and acton .

Cobra Performance in CA https://www.csxparts.com/default.aspx has been my go to recently. Several orders over the last few months have been great. Parts shipped within a day or so. I check the part is in stock and if so get what I need. Pretty much everything and more FL has.

I guess I knew the issues with Finishline hadn’t been resolved which is a shame. Thanks for the feedback and I will use the business recommended. Hopefully the owners of Finishline can review the way they do business and improve.

The new Finishline owner after Enzo simply doesn't care, which is the real problem.

I didn’t have a problem with them.ordered a convex mirror 2months ago.had it in three days.

I wish I seen this post before ordering from Finishline, I placed an order 10 days ago today paid for express shipping, received an order confirnation a few minutes latter and that's it!! Tried emailing them nothing I called left multiple messages nothing. Anyone else have the same issue? I'm going to try and contact my credit card company and see if they can reverse the charges.
BTW it showed all the items I ordered were in stock.

It is not like we have not been talking about this and the general Finishline approach to doing business with customers like us. We have!
It is to your advantage to come to the website before you get bitten to check out the risk of getting bit. You have been a member long enough to know this ...

A better question would really be "Anyone else NOT have the same issue? "
I'm assuming you didn't get any tracking info...
You need to contact your card company ASAP They may require one or two billing cycles before they will act. But you should mention that you've since discovered many others have the same problems with this vendor and just walk away.

I know it was my fault I have to stop ordering things at 2:00am and yes I should of looked on this awesome forum first. I did file a dispute with my credit card company hopefully I can get a refund. :o
