Rear license plate solution

There has been so much in the past. The light above my plate is a Lucas motorcycle taillight. So , it has a taillight and a stop light function as well as lighting the license plate. Take note that I trimmed the plate of its edge, which is normally covered by a plate frame, a little trim around the handle and under the light. Totally legal and legit as well as giving me a third brake light at the same time. My soft top frame has no clips in the body and is pressed down from the center frame. Works well. Still a work in progress , but so far it works great all he way to 80-mph with no side window in.

Hi,
I have a 3rd brake light on the deck that has running lights, brake, turn signals. My license plate frame has LED backup lights on each side. The inspector made sure they worked!
