Rear license plate solution
There has been so much in the past. The light above my plate is a Lucas motorcycle taillight. So , it has a taillight and a stop light function as well as lighting the license plate. Take note that I trimmed the plate of its edge, which is normally covered by a plate frame, a little trim around the handle and under the light. Totally legal and legit as well as giving me a third brake light at the same time. My soft top frame has no clips in the body and is pressed down from the center frame. Works well. Still a work in progress , but so far it works great all he way to 80-mph with no side window in.

Rear lights

Hi,
I have a 3rd brake light on the deck that has running lights, brake, turn signals. My license plate frame has LED backup lights on each side. The inspector made sure they worked! Perry |
