The ultimate 60's muscle car, the AC Cobra was built in Thames Ditton. In January 1962 mechanics at AC Cars in Thames Ditton, designed the "AC Ace 3.6" prototype with chassis number CSX2000. We salute the AC with this honorary cocktail ! INGREDIENTS 1 part Thames Ditton gin Orange zest 4 cracked pepper corns 2 slivers of red chilli Tonic water RECIPE PREPARATION Pour gin over ice in a tall glass add the orange zest, peppercorns and chilli, stir gently and top with tonic to taste |
