looking for info.
i hope im not out of line posting the question as its my first time posting.
Back in July 2025 i made and order based on reviews on this site about gasn performance quality and workmanship. i have had some contact with them but feel very miss lead . i was told my pipes were ready in sept . but no shipment and then after continuous reaching out i got a tracking number that is now a week old but still they have not shipped my pipes out . has anyone had this kind of trouble with there order taking this long and very misleading replies from there website and phone number ? just curious .. all i want is my order and if not my money back . Any help is greatly appreciated ! and sorry if im out of line asking . but i hope not !

No you are not out of line and if I were in your place I would want answers too. I am not familiar with that company so can't help you there but if others on here recommended them they should be able and willing to help you out.

Their advertisement is at the top page here. Have you exhausted (no pun) the different communication avenues they have on their site?
The advertisements rotate here and I now see Craft in its place. Same question just the same |
