Good Deed
Thanks Shell Valley'
I recently purchased a Shell Valley kit and had it delivered by Rich Lacey and all was a good experience. I started to try to better align the doors I cannot get the drivers door to fit right without hitting the front fender when open. I called Shell valley and informed them of this problem. They recomended a different hinge and the would send it out that day. Three days latter I received the new hindge at no charge. I do not want to see a good deed go unrecognized I am greatfull for help and support with my build and for a company that stands behind their product. Doc |
They already had a new hinge, but sent you the old one? Hum?

They sent you a new hinge, without you having to call and talk to 4 different people? And without you having to pay for the new part, before they sent out the correct one? And without you waiting for weeks and weeks? That does sound like good customer service to me.

Glad to hear you're being taken care of. "attaboys" are something we don't see much of anymore. How about posting some build photos in your gallery? I'd love to watch it come together.
