Congratulations! Don't you just love it when everything comes together and actually works (wrt government)!

ALLEN ENGLISH 01-18-2003 07:53 PM

Yes, but I was beginning to wonder, I really wasn't planning on driving the car down . The first person I spoke to was so confused as to what to do,that she thought it should be in the same category as a Glyder kit not a Replicar , go figure hu!

Right On!

Allen,

Congratulations!

Actually things go right for a change........ especially with DMV!

Like I said before, I guess I can understand the folks down there getting a little cranky. Especially toward the end of the day after dealing with all the jokers that want to drive on US soil but do not speak english. I witnessed one fella argue (in broken English) with the DMV person for many minutes about the lack of documentation that he was providing to DMV...... and then you wonder why that DMV staffer would be slightly cranky to the next person up to the counter?

What's your ETA for completion? By the photo's on the web site you gave it looks like you are about done?

Regards,
Mike

Mike , I hope to get a few electrical Gremlins taken care of and start back on the bodywork. I want to paint it myself , so it may be May or earlier if the weather permits. I'm looking forward to meeting more of the Cobra Replica owners .

Thanks again for the information on the DMV,man I have been dreading that for a long time, I sure am glad thats done ! :3DSMILE:
