GEE Uncle Davey When my car grows up will it be black and noisey too? Where's the NOS bottle? It sure is pretty BUT it still has to run 9's.  :D. Oh I'm sorry, my car is for spare parts. The paint job is great but the car is afraid of the sun. When it gets warm out, it slows down. I got a pop up tent to keep it in the shade this year so it will go faster. How am I doing uncle davey??
WT Where are you??? You said we would gang up on him together. You must be up to no good. Is this a new plan?? Got to go dinner. Rick Lake :p :)

Craig....Don't worry about all those questions...for you... I am only going to charge $20.00 for each one! I will simply send you an invoice when we are all done! The answers in order of your questions. The paint consists of 6 coats of black Deltron followed by 6 coats of clear and was applied by yours truly... over 17 years ago! I probably spent over 400 hours perfecting the body before I finally sprayed it. Great paint jobs are all in the prep. Radiator is factory and has always been up to the task of cooling.... even my motor. The car runs 185 degrees all day long. To date... I have not run any type of filtration or sock on my Webers. The primary reason is that most aftermarket air cleaner systems for Webers are incredibly restrictive. I have measured an immediate 25% loss in CFM "Per Barrell" with most systems. However, this spring I will be fabricating my own custom filtered airbox. Like everything on this car... the only way I ever seem to be happy is when I make the damn parts for it myself! I actually have over 12,000 miles on the car and it probably sees a lot more street action than you think. Remember Craig, I also roadrace this car pretty regularly. She is certainly not a drag race only machine. In fact... I enjoy roadracing the most. The G force trans has been trouble free for the most part. It had a problem shifting into third gear but we discovered we just needed to adjust the linkage a tiny bit. I hope your happy now! David

Oh, I am happy now - but as soon as I think of any more questions, I'll be sure to let you know!!!! ;)
$20 per question? That's still cheaper than my accountant, solicitor and stockbroker, and the answers are a whole lot more interesting too!
