So many cones, so little time. (Or something like that.)

We have a "little person" in our Fresno SCCA Chapter named Cheryl--she autocrosses a V6 Camaro with a great deal of success. She's also a tough broad, which led to her knickname of "Mean Little Sh!t".

We always thought it would be a great idea to put an orange cape on her and make her a moving pylon.

I did the ultimate cone killing run a few years ago--took my wife's 96 Impala (since sold) on a run--only two of them little orange devils left standing.:JEKYLHYDE

Ohhh,
JAMO! That record will be tough to beat, but I know a good challange when I see one :)

OSU Friday morning, Madison County Airport Sunday. This is going to be good!

DV.. As always....NO WAXING AT THE FLING! Windex and paper towels only.

Aaahhhh, a cone challenge. I like this. I've even been keeping my cone killing skills sharp all winter by racing my MR2 in the Philly region winter series (sad shame that it's a faster autox'er than my Cobra). You can sure use your right foot to kill a lot of cones with the Cobra. It becomes a see of orange out there, how do you chose which one to kill first? :JEKYLHYDE :D
I do like that idea of plastic sheeting in the passenger seat. Anyone who has never taken a ride in an autox will be in for a shock. Especially in a Cobra.

Someone bring some scraping tools. I've seen some cones get stuck in some strange spots underneath cars.

Cones, Chords and seat covers!

Cones:
I have never taken out a cone in my Cobra! Must not be going fast enough. I have spun it a couple of times in autoX but always kept it in the middle of the road.

Chords:
There is some controversy surrounding the Rip Chords. Who they where and are type of stuff. Do a search on them. Some intriguing
stuff.

Seat Covers:
The first ride for folks that have never been in cars with this kind of power to weight ratio can be a frightening/thrilling experience. Like a ride at an amusement park when you think you have bitten off more than you can chew. I am going to mount a camera in my car but it is going to be aimed at the passenger and not the road! I can't imagine my expression when Chris (excessive1) gave me my first ride. When he stood on it in second I thought I was going to $hit my pants. Five months later, I bought one!

going out on a limb here...............

SPRING HAS FINALLY ARRIVED IN COLUMBUS!!!!!!!!!!!! (now I just need to put the car back together:rolleyes: )
