Team C Racing

Hey guys and gals:

If you are researching what Cobra kit to buy, you need to check out www.team-c-racing.com. Their kits come complete...in fact, they roll them off the truck. You only need wheels, tires, paint, battery, engine and tranny. The body comes primered and almost ready to paint...the doors and remaining body panels are hung and the seams are set. All suspension parts, brakes, rearend, etc. are powdercoated and already installed.

I had originally placed an order for a FFR kit, and after two weeks of trying to locate some spindles, I got extremely frustrated. I happened to stumble across their webpage, and I found that for only a small amount more, you get everything included...and it's all new parts...new suspension parts, new brakes, new calipers, new radiator, fuel tank, the whole nine yards.

I have been trying to complete my engine build, but I was looking to purchase a kit also. I talked to John and Michael both from Team C, and they said they would allow me to defer delivery for approximately 6 months. This way I could get my engine and tranny ready and be financially ready for the kit to arrive. A few weeks later I decided to build a Strange center section for the car. I e-mailed them and asked them if I could knock a little off the car and receive the car without a rearend. They obliged me on that. Also, today I found out that the dyno shop I'm taking my engine to doesn't have any spare SBF headers laying around for testing purposes. So I gave John an email, and even though I won't receive the car until July, he is going to go ahead and ship me the full tube headers no charge so I can have my engine tuned. How convenient is that? You don't get service like that very often from kit manufacturers.

Seriously, if you're looking to buy, give these guys a shot. I think you'd be very surprised on what all comes with the kit and the quality. It's truly a replica also...correct wheelbase...correct body lines compared to the original, etc.

I'm in no way afilliated with them, I'm just a happy customer, and I wanted to pass on the word.

-Brent
