Don't know what his reserve is? It was for sale on ebay not long ago. I would think he should fetch a minimum of $300K.

restoration...
Saw this car in person, and it just looks like a "full restoration" that alone scares off the "seasoned" COBRA buyers, along with the paper trail that is very "new".
