I had heard he was going with a TKO II behind his shiney new 427 so I thought I might get some input from him on how he liked his engine trans combination.

I am getting ready to order a TKO II from David Kee probably next week. I just want to be sure I am doing the right thing. I am NOT so concerned with being authentic. I want what ever advantage I can legally get. I want to take advantage of as long as I can afford it.

I'm also running a TKO2 except with a Pro 5.0 shifter on a stroked 418. I'll let you know about it when I pick up the Superformance next week. ;)

I thought you sold your car? Do you have another Superformance on the way?

I did sell SPF 760 but shortly afterwards realized how much I enjoyed the car so I ordered another Superformance #1568 which is the same color combination, Laser Red with Dust Gold Stripes but a totally different engine package. This time it will be fitted with a stroked 418 that just came off the engine dyno at 510hp with 520 ft.lbs of torque. Plus I always wanted an engine that was decked out, so there's chrome and powder coated everything. I'm not a show person, so few will actually enjoy the art work but it's something that I always enjoyed looking at.
To complicate everything, I also have a new Shelby CSX 4308 which was delivered last week. If you'd like to see some pictures check out the Gashole site (www.Gasholes.com) and look in the gallery on page 4. I don't have an engine installed yet but plan on a Shelby aluminum 427 FE but before I can entertain that build, I'll need to do some serious wining (whining??)and dining to the Supreme Commander that shares my passions. When you check out the pictures, look at the ghost stripes. They are a first for CSX's. Look under the CSX pictures and check out my wife's Harley Davidson F150.
Now that the cat's out of the bag, poor Evan will nver be able to show his face. Turk and I will be on him like stink!!;)
