What's a good running carb'd 302 worth?

I'm starting to look into replacing my current motor with a 351W. To help me offset the cost, I obviously would plan to sell the motor that is in my car now. But I have no clue what it is worth. What could I expect to sell a 302 for? It has a 650 carb and runs quite well. I'm not positive of the motors origins. I was told it was a Jasper motor, but I haven't found the Jasper label on it. When I bought the car last spring, we pulled the valve covers off and it was super clean, so I do believe the motor was fresh. The car has about 4500 miles on it, so if it is a Jasper, that is the mileage on the motor. But again, I can't gaurantee that it is the case.

What do you think a motor like this is worth?

That sucker should fetch ya at least $800 minimum if its complete. Shouldnt be too hard to sell. Lot's of people are looking for turn-key motors for other vehicles or to complete their low-budget projects. Try advertising it in your local paper first. No shipping costs.
