Don't sell the car - The kids can share a room!
Well thats what happens when your poking fun and not paying attention. BOOM, the Cobra's up for sale.
.....course,,,,,could be something in the water...... Ernie |
Well that's a double edged sword now isn't it. On the one hand we should be congratulating you and on the other offering our condolences. It's probably time the first kid started pulling its weight around the house- put 'em to work and keep the Cobra.
Bag the friggin' Escalade. Buy a 2 or 3 year old big suv and cut back on other things.
Listen to Wheaten.
Why sell the Cobra? Hey dude, you had better get your priorities streight.;) What makes you think the bambino is gonna be any cheaper in three years? |
I second JWheaton - get rid of that Escalade for sure and get yourself late model Yukon. Sheesh !!
Guys, I will get another one in a couple years. Moneys not the biggest issue, its time. I hate letting things sit if I am not going to have much time to play. Let someone else enjoy it.
Think of the Cobra as medicine! Stress Relief!! Sell the "Slade, and getting a used Yukon is a good idea!
Sparks- Money will be a issue later, I don't care how much you make! Good sage advice above. Keep the Cobra. You really won't miss the lead sled, but in one month after the Cobra is gone withdrawal will set in.

If you don't want it to sit, I could drive for 2 or 3 years until you're ready to start driving it again.....

Sparks I guess that Valentines Day was another wonderful day, or was it April fool's day. Chaplin had the same scare at this time too and his car is almost done. Sell the cadie truck, Get a 0% Gm on an Envoy for 5 years. Tell the Boss to get washable diapers. KEEP THE DARN COBRA , and be more careful. I hope everything works out. If you get rid of the car, it will be 20 years before you get another one. The kids needs will incress 4 times as they get older. School, Toys, Weddings, College, Food, and the list goes on. Good luck Sparks ;) keep the car, it is all paided for. Rick Lake Would you sell your dog???:D
Who knows, if the cobra is gone a new gt40 might come into the picture. All these tough decisions, my life is so rough.
Sparks You still didnot answer the question about the dog??? A GT-40 next to the cobra is a nice Idea. The kids are going to need cars to drive when they get older.:D How much can insurance be by then??? :) Congrats anyway, Rick Lake

The dog comes after the house is built. A guy in my are offered me $45k, but I dont need to sell it that bad. If people start selling to cheap it just hurts the selling prices of others. I'm sure a better offer will come in time.................................
